Thank you, we agree that the homeless has become a bigger issue in the last few years and are installing cameras and monitoring to help mitigate this, we are also working with the GNWT for long term solutions.
|Recommended: YesMostly Great - loud pipes and needs upgrades — Overall I’m happy. There are noisy neighbors but not too terrible. The kitchen Reno’s are quite sloppy and I hate the tiny fridge and tiny stove. Overall, I’m content but it definitely could use some upgrades to the kitchen.
Thank you Samantha, we are working to improve noise conditions and apologize for the size of appliances, it is one of the challenges of an older building. Hopefully we can find solutions in the future.
